For consultancy work or legal services, our fees are based on competitive hourly rates. Recovery claims are handled on a No Cure-No Pay basis, if applicable. All Fees and Expenses related to the appointment of Lawyers, Experts and Surveyors are discussed and agreed upon with our clients or their Underwriters prior to instructions being given.
